This Privacy Policy explains how Agorytma LLC ("1Klick", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects personal information when users place orders, request services or interact with digital experiences provided by restaurants, stores, or businesses ("Merchants") operating through the 1Klick platform.

IMPORTANT CLARIFICATION

  • 1Klick does NOT own the personal data of end users.
  • All customer data belongs to the Merchant (restaurant, retailer, store or brand) from which the customer orders or interacts.
  • 1Klick only processes data on behalf of the Merchant, acting as a service provider / data processor.

1. Information We Collect

When a consumer places an order or interacts digitally through 1Klick, we may process:

  • Name
  • Phone number
  • Email
  • Delivery or pickup instructions
  • Order history
  • Payment details (tokenized)
  • Location (when authorized)

We also collect platform usage information such as device type, IP address, cookies, browser and interaction data.

2. Who is the owner of the data?

The Merchant (restaurant or business) is the data owner ("Data Controller") and determines:

  • ✔ what information is collected
  • ✔ why it is collected
  • ✔ how long it is stored
  • ✔ and for what business purpose

1Klick only uses information to operate the service and never for independent commercial purposes.

3. Purpose of processing

We process data exclusively for:

  • Order processing
  • Pickup instructions
  • Digital table service
  • Order confirmation
  • Payment processing
  • Reservations
  • Customer support
  • System improvement
  • Operational analytics

We do NOT send marketing to end customers unless instructed AND authorized by the Merchant.

4. Data Sharing

We share data ONLY with:

  • The Merchant receiving the order
  • Payment processors
  • Delivery/ logistics partners chosen by the Merchant

We do not sell personal data and we never share customer information with third parties for advertising purposes.

5. Cookies

Cookies are used only to improve the ordering experience, recognize repeat users and ensure functional performance.

6. Rights of End Users

End users may request:

  • Access
  • Correction
  • Deletion
  • Restriction

However, these requests shall be initiated and managed directly with the Merchant, as the data owner.

1Klick will cooperate and execute any instruction received from the Merchant regarding user rights.

7. International Transfers

Information may be processed on servers located in the United States, Colombia or Mexico under adequate protection guarantees.
